    I am STILL trying to get confirmation on the Avalon DVD. Fuck! You think it would be easy to order on line, nope. Ok. then I call them to order, I'm STILL trying to get confirmation of my order. They are to call me back. I don't think anyone else is having problems or they are waiting and I'm the only one bitching. Shipping costs, just fucking call UPS or where ever and get a cost. It's not like I can say no, that's too much. She sees I placed my order early so confirm it, but they can't, i just kept being put on hold. AM I the only ONE to order outside of the US?????? I would think NOT.

    Yes I will be ranting til i get it. I want to win the trip to Boston, take Razor and sneak in SC along the way. OR NY and sneak in Les and Craig.

    Actually just to get the damn thing would be my prize!!

    Elly - I tried to write down step by step how to look up order history. Hopefully you'll be able to see yours.

    - Click on Buy Now at top
    - Click anywhere on the pic of what's included in the box set
    - At Product Details, login upper right
    - At top click on Store and then Store Cart in drop down - you might have to click on this a couple times until you see "Your Cart is Currently Empty"
    - Click on Order History upper right corner under Logout/(username)
    - You'll see your order details here and can click on Details on right to view more info on your order

    I hope you're able to see your order history!!

    Ok let me try. BUT your credit card is pre-charged isn't it? Mine is not. Let me try that though again, todays another day so you never know. (I'm still prepared to steal yours lol as your brother taped it for you so you can use that one hehe)

    No Orders Found.

    I called it in, BUT lmao, I did also order on line and got order confirmation e-mails...yet nothing in order history.

    It's beyond frustrating and it's been hours and still no call back. I just don't get it. What's wrong with my order? Call whatever shipping company, get a quote/cost and just confirm it to ship. Like I said I can't be the only one ordering outside of the US. Were they not prepared for orders????

    I think my credit card limit is minus the box set, unless I'm missing other purchases I've made that are pending. Did watch the the concert that was on Palladia, of course its a vhs tape, so the quality isn't that good and it wasn't the entire concert. Broken Road, The Department, The Rise, the piano solo weren't shown. So I think you'll need to to rip the box set from my frozen dead hands lol.

    I'll call them tomorrow AGAIN and bug them AGAIN. I wish THEY would call me back --- just say, we have your order, we are looking at the shipping cost, tell me something, anything. It makes me feel that it's a scam and they have my credit card info and will go nuts with it. CONFIRM my order please.

    Those who ordered on the website probably WON'T get a confirmation. I think there is something wrong with their system. The orders, however, are still going through. If you are within the US and just rather be safe than sorry and would like to call them to confirm your order went through here is the number again: 423-790-7822 I would call rather than email them.

    I did e-mail info@sullyernaavalon.com they were the ones that told me my order was fine, I sent them the 3 confirmation e-mails I rec'd and they still said yes everything is fine, but if you want to call the 423 number just to make sure. So I've been calling the 423 number and speaking to them but they still can't confirm my order??? I've been told twice they will call me back, yet I'm still waiting. I feel like a 16 year old waiting for tickets to Justin Beiber, I'm not trying to be a pest, I just want to make sure my order went through. I have been talking with Cheryl and I think Susan, they are very nice but I just want a confirmation.
    I have FB, guess I'll try it that way, it's worth a shot... or hey, I can steal your copy
