It's official, Godsmack are on UPROAR 2012.

They've posted the dates for the tour as well but only named one city so far.

No more Uproar date that I know of, believe that is all of them. However, there may be further shows GS will be playing added.... (like festivals) stay tuned. Also just a FYI .. Uproar Fest will be offering VIP Packages via their website, however, these will NOT include any M&G's with Godsmack. In case people are wondering.

We have been setting up to do the Darien Lake Aug 29th (Buffalo) show, and I saw that the Uproar tour will also be in Syracuse, NY as well on Aug 25th. Seems kinda unfair that NY has 3 shows, yet Canada has nada. Just Sayin.....

Canada would have been nice. Uproar always comes here so it was a bit of a shock.
The complete lack of California dates caught me off guard just as much though. Had there been a SoCal show anytime in August or September my work had already agreed to pay for it!! My cold, black heart has been shattered.
I'm in for Darien Lake. Craig, if you and Les want to meet up there let's do it. IStandAlone has also said he may go as well. Anyone else wanna do a Darien Lake meet up? -

Mine tooo.... sucks they aren't coming here. We can hope for something in Oct... I see that open, otherwise the wait continues....for possible years lol. Just like waiting on the Avalon DVD. Reminds me of True Blood.... waiting sucks.....

I can only afford one VIP when (if?) they go on sale Friday. Right now it is looking like Boston (Mansfield) for the VIP package and 2 others for the cheap seats. I tried to make NYSF work Craig but it's tough fitting it in around my schedule.
There are only 3 consecutive date runs that are possible:
v1 Boston -> Scranton -> Darien Lake.
v2 Grand Rapids -> Chicago (Tinley Park) -> Holmdel, NJ
v1 is a bit cheaper but v2 fits in better with work. I may actually go crazy trying to make a decision before the tickets go on sale. -

We understand....we too ate still undecided @ this point as to which one. As far as VIP passes, we won't be getting any, as we are going to other shows outside of Godsmack...and I can only "print off" so many C Notes at a time...lol
Will get with you either Thursday afternoon or early Friday morning, to finalize...

This option has ALOT of potential, since Les already got that day and next one off....and I'm the one going online Friday and purchasing all our tickets...

It's my first choice too for the same reason. I have never been to Boston either which makes it even more appealing. BUT, it's going to cause some serious friction in my life to pull it off. By friction I mean it's going to really piss off 4 people that can make my life a living Hell.
I'm leaning towards v1 right now. LOL!
