I don't feel like moving so I guess I have to get used to doing without. It just blows.
I'm very thankful Sully brought Avalon to Toronto, surprising, when he didn't even hit all the US states so for that I feel really spoiled. And Godsmack came to Hamilton, eh, close enough to Toronto. I'm thankful for that too, but that was 2011... withdrawls lol. And I'm thankful my tat made live and inspired, hmm I'm pretty thankful, GS/Sully have been good to me
. It just would have been nice to win a trip, I could almost smell his socks
Plus I just got my passport... I was ready for it, practicing slipping socks off fast...zip! presto! He never would have missed them LOL
Still nothing showing on my credit card.....

Sorry guys, I wish things were going a lot more smoothy for everyone. I have been trying to make sure they have all the system bugs fixed (I can only do so much, as I have zero control over that that website and these orders ). I do a lot of the initial issues people were having are indeed now fixed, as far as checking out on the website. All I can do is let them know the issues people are having etc and hope they get it taken care of promptly. I do know they have a lot of people to get back to via phone calls and emails and are working as fast as they can. All I can say is hang tight as they get back to everyone.
The site basically crashed due to the extremely high volume of people on it trying to place orders. You guys are a powerful bunch! ha ha ha!
I have been told people should have this thing (as long as they get their orders in now) by the time Christmas is here. That is the main goal. With the amount of orders they need to ship out, MAYBE they just don't want to promise that you will DEFINITELY have your box set by Christmas..... JUST IN CASE not every single one is delivered by then (esp international orders). That is just my guess and take on why they saying they are "trying".
I know it's frustrating to some of you on the receiving end... but again just be patient with them. No one's orders are being neglected.

I really would suggest another company next time though, one that could handle the volume. If there are only 5,000 I'm thankful it wasn't 10,000 offered. My impression was that there are two ladies looking after the whole thing. Maybe there are more of them, who knows. It's just frustrating trying to get an answer and next time IF the company could have a 1-800 number that would be a huge help.
Wish your cousins could have been included in the trip contest. A Toronto to NY flight wouldn't be that much. We're not that far away, especially for time with Sully.
And please don't think I'm bitter or angry, I'm quite spazzy that it's out to order!!!
A chance not to get before Christmas??? It's just weird and tells me it's a small company handling it. Tis the season and there should be lots of shipping companies that would deliver for Christmas.
It's not my intention to start anything, it's just the frustration of it all. And don't say, well if you don't like it, don't order it, I will spaz on you lol as this has been on my want list forever. I think the frustration is over and I know once I have the DVD in my grubby little hands I will be happy as a pig in shit.
I will patiently wait for my account to be charged, then patiently wait for it to be delivered.

The box set amount is no longer pending on my credit card nor has the payment been processed. I'll be making my call today. I agree, it is expensive, but I really want one and with there only being 5000, I want to make sure I don't miss out.

I'm sure the payment will go through shortly, it's a lesson in patience for us all.
We patiently waited for it to go on sale, now we have to patiently wait to be charged for it.
Just a little patience... ahhhh
I'd think i'd wait a couple days, let them get everything together, then call if it's not on your card.
I'm pretty sure they had hand written one for credit cards. She was flipping through some list and was mention something about manually entering them in.

To answer some more of people's questions:
The box set is still in the manufacturing stages and is not ready to ship out just yet, hence the term "PRE-ORDER". We are being told (as of right now) there is a scheduled ship date around mid-December. The box sets will ship out in the order in which the pre-orders were received.... FYI
There are still technical problems with the website that are preventing people from getting email confirmations of their order. Those that are responsible for the website are aware of this issue and hopefully will get it fixed soon. If you received an order # and you're credit card has been charged, just know they did in fact get your order. If you are still having concerns and feel you still want to call them to confirm, you can reach them at: 423-790-7822. Please know, they are swamped right now with phone calls, so your patience is appreciated!
As far as the the first 1,000 people picking your box number of choice, we are waiting to hear an update from Dan Catullo on this. As of right now, I do not have an answer for you. As soon as we have some further info on this, we will let you know.

And we get to pick a number... I don't get that, everyone wants #1 of 5000. So I guess the first order through gets it if they want it. Umm I'll take #33, oh it's taken, umm how about 567, oh that's taken too, umm how about 999? no? 3333? It could take forever. But I probably misunderstanding something.
First 1000 sold get to pick their number.

You're in the US right? Umm, I have a passport ready to be used, hint, hint.
and I would stuff Razor in my suitcase.
I'm not sure who else here got one beside me and you, but hint, hint, I'm available to use that second ticket
to keep you company...and I'd come dragging a shark along too.

Yes I am from the US, Ohio. Let me tell you, I am the doom and gloom black cloud of bad luck. If I were to win a golden ticket it would be an absolute miracle. Hmmmmm, so much to consider if I were to win...
