Re: Favorite GS album
Awake is my favorite, one because it's their heaviest and two because I was going thru a lot back then and the album just helped through those times.

definitely Awake. everything they put out after that paled in comparison.

Self Titled album. Why? Best songs, pure energy and I'm the fan since I've heard it for the first time.

RE: Favorite GS album
The self titled album is where it all began for me and some of my favorite songs come from it.

Re: Favorite GS album
1. Awake
2. Faceless
3. The Oracle
4. Godsmack
5. IV
6. The Other Side -
Re: Favorite GS album
The first album is my favorite becouse it has such a feeling of raw energy. A lot of bands i think make their best recordings when they are an up and coming, un-signed band wanting to break through, as Godsmack were when the album was originally recorded as "All Wound Up".

Re: Favorite GS album
My favorite Godsmack album would either be Faceless or The Oracle.

RE: Favorite GS album
I would say the first one for sure - I agree with what Smackbass said above - it has a really raw sound that really drew me to the album.

IV sucked balles.
I think it just takes time to adjust to the style. It took me a while to develop an appreciation for it but now I really like it.
