Most of you have already sent emails to info@sullyerna.com regarding missing VIP merch for both Godsmack & Sully Erna VIP from 2011 Tours via our FB & Twitter postings.  If you STILL have NOT received your items via Ground CTRL VIP Purchases PLEASE forward you VIP confirmation emails to info@sullyerna.com (IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY) and our Web Manager will personally forward them to Ground CTRL.  If you do NOT have your original confirmation email then forward the purchasers first and last name alone with a CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS instead.   If you already did this, please be patient as all of the emails have been taken of thus far, and items should have either been shipped already or are en route. Thank You!
