Godsmack “Live And Inspired

On 28 May 2012, Eagle Rock Entertainment release the “Live And Inspired” album from Godsmack [Cat No. ADMCD550]. This is the first official Godsmack live CD and it includes a bonus 4 track EP of newly recorded cover versions. “Live And Inspired” features their classic hits “Straight Outta Line”, “Realign”, “Awake”, “Speak”, “I Stand Alone”, “Serenity” and their legendary live “drum battle” “Batalla De Los Tambores”.
The live album was recorded at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan in 2007 and produced by Dave Fortman (Evanescence, Slipknot, Anthrax) and Sully Erna. It features hits and classic album tracks from all their albums released up to that point. Godsmack are hugely accomplished in the studio but also manage to bring an extra edge and energy to their live performances, which will make this a much sought after disc for their fanbase.
