Gold vip swag!!!

Went to the Godsmack concert in Hamilton back in August, the host had told us that our Vip packagae had not arrived at venue in time so they will be mailed out to you, and should receive in 6 to 8 weeks, well here we are in Dec and still no vip gold package has been sent in the mail, we had purchased 2 vip gold tickets. I've sent several email's to Ground Control with absolutley no respone, the issue I have is the tickets were purchased through this site Godsmack.com, has anyone else had the same problem with the vip packagea
