Got f**k'd by grndctrl!

Here is the deal..... I attended the GS concert in Regina, Sk. and had bought the VIP pakage... It was awesome!!!! Only thing tho... our free swag was not there... it went to Calgary instead. The grndctrl rep told us the swag would be mailed to our home... well over a month and nothing yet... And yes I have sent a ticket to grndctrl... no reply... called and left messages... no reply WTF!
