Got f**k'd by grndctrl!
Here is the deal..... I attended the GS concert in Regina, Sk. and had bought the VIP pakage... It was awesome!!!! Only thing tho... our free swag was not there... it went to Calgary instead. The grndctrl rep told us the swag would be mailed to our home... well over a month and nothing yet... And yes I have sent a ticket to grndctrl... no reply... called and left messages... no reply WTF! If any Smackers have any tips for me that wud be great

I asked them a few weeks ago at Ground Control and this is the answer I received:
Thank you for contacting ground(ctrl) support. These items are in route to our warehouse and will be shipped shortly. Once they ship you will be sent a confirmation email.

There are many factors in determining when items are sent. Everything from production and shipping to getting an item signed by the band can take time. We want to get your items to you as soon as possible but we also want to make sure that you receive everything in perfect condition.
